What Ease is

Ease is a peer community where adults ask and answer social-life questions anonymously. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice or an emergency service. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency services. In the US you can call or text 988. Elsewhere, find a helpline at findahelpline.com.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older.

What you post

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post other people’s personal details, harassment, sexual content involving minors, instructions for self-harm, or anything illegal. Answers are opinions from other members, so use your own judgment.

Community rules

Be kind and specific. No harassment or pile-ons. No personal details about yourself or others. No sexual content involving minors. No instructions for self-harm. No medical or legal advice presented as certain.

Moderation

We may hold or remove posts and accounts at our discretion. Posts that mention a crisis, or that two members report, are held until a person reviews them.

The service

The service is provided as is and may change or stop at any time.
